Boot Camp


 

Boot camp is an intense class designed to build muscular strength and endurance, increase cardiovascular capacity, improve body composition, and enhance fitness levels.


The class is taught by Greg Carroll - an aiki-jitsu instructor, exercise physiologist and personal trainer. Time slots include Saturday @ 8AM, Sundays @7AM, 8AM, or 9AM. Greg is also available for private and semi-private / group personal training sessions.
